Accountant/Bookkeeper

TPC Staffing is currently recruiting for multiple Accounting/Bookkeeper roles for our client in Madison, WI. The client is a local CPA firm that has been in business for 30+ years.  We are looking for Jr, Mid, or Sr level candidates. If you have your CPA, that's great and if not, ideally it is one of your future goals. 

Accountant: Prefer some experience in Tax

Bookkeeper: Prefer some experience in Auditing for Non-Profits. 

Responsibilities:

Ensure complete compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and/or annual financial statements

Preparation and review of payroll tax reports, including the processing of payroll

Preparation of individual and/or business tax returns

Providing timely, high-quality client services that meet or exceed client expectations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required

Strong knowledge of financial software (Quickbooks, Sage, etc)

Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
