Jr Recruiter - Internship

Essential Job Duties:

• Assisting team with applicant sourcing strategies by researching and contacting community services, colleges, social media, and internet sites to identify qualified candidates.
• Assisting team by researching client organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
• Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements and creating content for job descriptions.
• Assisting with reviewing applicants, interviewing and/or analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements, verifying references.
• Arranging client interviews by coordinating schedules with candidates.
• Attending professional networking events, job fairs, etc. to build candidate and client network.
• Other projects as assigned by Staffing Management team.

Other Skills and Qualifications:

• Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Judgment, Multi-Tasking, Teamwork
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Exposure to CRM or ATS Software preferred.
