The Payroll Company's Professional Staffing division in Middleton, WI is recruiting for an exciting career opportunity. Our client in Madison is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead the ongoing development of their salesforce.com deployment. This is a permanent position with a great salary and benefits package. This role is part technical PM, part admin, and part analyst. The Salesforce Admin will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of their CRM platform.
An ideal candidate will be experienced with the following skillset:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Salesforce.com administration experience
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred, but not required
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong understanding of the Force.com platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
